The interior style brand earlier operated under Solesdi, which sells large-close furnishings brand names in showrooms throughout the U.S. But late last year, the two parted techniques.

Boffi initially started promoting its kitchen designs and furnishings within just Solesdi’s showroom at 2800 Walnut St. in 2017, but Boffi Denver’s handling director, Ann Hofmeister, reported the brand name has outgrown the space.

“We have expanded our skills given that we now have our individual furnishings business and our very own doorway enterprise. So, we need much more house,” Hofmeister stated.

The corporation also partnered with Time & Style, a standard Japanese firm, which made a line of lower tables, chairs, and light fixtures designed from solid wood and conventional Japanese washi paper that will be showcased in the retail store.

The manufacturer currently has unbiased showrooms in New York Town, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Chicago and Miami.

Boffi signed a lease for its new 2,700-square-foot Cherry Creek studio in July. Karen Landers Zeile with Kentwood Commercial represented the brand name, and Rhonda Coy with Crosbie Genuine Estate Team represented the landlord.

“I individually imagine this is the very best place in all of Cherry Creek,” Hofmeister.  “We have a corner room with all home windows, and it will surely be a stunning space that will catch the attention of people, no matter whether they have a household task or not.”
